1. Transportation & Liability
How do we protect your cargo? All freight handled by Millerz Supply Chain LLC is subject to the standard limits of liability as outlined in our 10-series rules tariff. Unless otherwise negotiated in a written contract signed by an executive officer, our liability is limited to $0.50 per pound or the actual value of the goods, whichever is less.
We don't just move boxes; we manage risk. Customers are encouraged to declare excess value at the time of booking to ensure comprehensive coverage during transit throughout the Georgia regional corridor and beyond.
2. Payment & Billing Terms
Standard payment terms are Net 15 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Why the strict window? Freight efficiency relies on liquid capital to maintain our fleet in Austell and keep our drivers on the road. We're committed to fair pricing, and we expect timely settlements in return.
Fuel Surcharge Notice
Fuel surcharges are adjusted weekly based on the DOE National Diesel Average. Your invoice will reflect the rate applicable on the day of pickup.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from transportation services provided by Millerz Supply Chain LLC will be resolved in the courts of Cobb County. It's about accountability. We operate strictly within Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) guidelines to guarantee safety and professional compliance.
